OK, I think my original comment was unfairly harsh. Maybe you were going for some kind of subtle abstract composition or something. Having said that though, I personally really don't think this is very good at all. What do you like about it?

Sorry, this is definatly a miss. The colors aren't quite there and you can barely make out the circle. You can only tell there is a subject here because of the challenge title.

main subject isn't really interesting, as well as being centered and barely visible. Don't be afraid to put other minor objects in the frame, so that the eye has something to look at.
