This is a great picture but just because we know that a river churns water and makes bubbles does not mean that a picture of a river is fit for the bubbles challenge. That would be the same as taking a picture of someone wearing clothes and submitting it for the nude challenge. Yes we are all naked underneath but it wouldn't meet the challenge.
