It's a pretty good shot of the fox but I'm not seeing much "City Life" in the shot despite your title. If it was genuinely in a city then I would have tried to include something in the background to make that obvious

This doesn't strike me as a city picture at all. Sorry, but foxes are one of those creatures you find more in the rural areas, and that aside, there's nothing in the photo to indicate that this is a city. If there were buildings, people, etc, then maybe it would work. But this shot could be anywhere - behind that fence could be the Arizona desert as much as it could by NYC. (It is however a well composed photo, and I like it - good color, good focus)
