The negative really brings out the delicate nature of the stamens (I think they are) that might otherwise be lost in the positive.

NIce effort, the eye is almost too reflective, you can see people and window blinds reflected in it, unfortunately a little distracting but not overly so

Please take this as a critique because I'm by no means a rude commenter. I just want to tell you what I see in your photograph.

Would I hang this on my wall? No! Would I have this as a wallpaper on my computer? No! and heres why, your showing me the side of a building with snow. In a challenge setting (even though the snow is pretty) your going to have to have some creativity within your shot for it to stand out. With that said I would like to offer a suggestion of what you could of done with this setting and made it an interesting photograph. IMO at-least.

Your showing us to much, to much of things we don't need to see. But there is a diamond in the rough if you look at the ice-sickles in the middle. If you would of taken a nice vertical picture of the ice-sickles from their crown down to where they touch the snow mound and given us a close-up view with detail, that would of made a nice creative and interesting photograph.

I hope you found this comment helpful. Your photo is not bad it just does not offer up anything to me, as-is.
