I find this image rather unappealing. The blurred lady does not help. The focus is good on the other parts though. It's an interesting concept.

Not sure the processing enhanced the image. It appears you may have had some overexposure in the sky which you tried to take care of with hue shift. However, it does not match the rest of the image very well. The saturation is also lacking in the foreground, and though the fog is a nice addition, I think that too centered hurts the composition.
