The composition is nice, and the way the girl is looking works well. The one thing I might do is desaturate the reds in her face. Could be my monitor, but her skin looks really red. Its probably the red reflected from the gloves. 7

I think you might need a little more water to get this afloat. Ver cool color on the boat. I also like the burning in the corner to draw me into the boat. The grass is super sharp which I like, but the red of the boat seems a bit over saturated which is causing it to look a little fuzzy and over-effected to my untrained eye.

I wasn't sure I liked this at first, but the more I studied it, the more I did. Partly it's the color contrasts, the red lips, the hat, and the way the gold just jumps out at you. And partly it's the pose and the use of a model to show the rings, and the fact that they are a varied selection of rings. Well done.
