Smileby Trumpeteer4Comment by JulietNN: It could be my moniture, but there appears to be a blue tinge all over her body and not her face until you get up into her hairline. the teeth seem over whitened as well. nice portrait though |

Smileby Trumpeteer4Comment by Rosacalaca: the coloring is a bit off IMHO...she appears blue around the chest and arms..a tiny bit on the forehead and her upper teeth appear unnaturally white compared to her lower teeth...BUT the rest of the coloring is great and it's really a nice capture rt.5 |

Futureby Trumpeteer4Comment by Trumpeteer4: The glass ball was added by making a circular selection, moving it and then dodging and burning to get the glowing sphere effect. |

Mystic Gameby Trumpeteer4Comment by Jedusi: A very interesting idea, and I like the little details like the texture on the wall - but ultimately for me, I don't think it quite comes off.
The ball is just to indistinct, and personally I would rather that the side of his face i shadow was either completely in shadow or was illuminated.
That is obviously a personal view though :- )
Good luck in the challenge. |

Mystic Gameby Trumpeteer4Comment by tootsweet: I stared and stared and thought and thought about this shot. The coloring is so unique, and the lighting is perfect to convey the mysticism. My only issue is that while I like the blueish tinge on your subject's face, it seems to have gone too far. He looks almost dead. The only thing keeping it from being totally deadish is the eyes. Of course, that is probably what you were going for so... |
