Life is a Balance Between the Light and the Darkness, by onarComment by boyd2000: Really nice sunset scene. I don't know how there can be a sunset at night, so it's probably a dark awning above the scene or something. The line is a bit curved up and down. The line on the left border is sort of strange, so cropping a few pixels may have helped it. Looks like a sensor spot abive the boat. Good challenge interpretation. |

The Road To Hellby onarComment by glad2badad: Wow. Fire sure changed the overall feel of this landscape I imagine. The haze in the distance makes it seem like it's still smoldering and the fire consumed the entire valley! I like how you controlled the exposure to keep the glare on the road from blowing out. Good luck in the challenge. |

IMO, Does it meet the Challenge : yes
Composition: good but iwould have liked the road to lead one into the picture instead of out
Background :good
Subject Placement:good
Cropping: good
Focus: good
Exposure: you might have got more balance between the sky and the foreground with an nd grad filter
Editing: good
