When you enter a photo into a competition, you should expect people to take it seriously. If you can't handle the feedback you received on a very poor choice of entries for a railroad theme photo competition, You shouldn't have entered rather than asking your reviewers to 'shut up'. When you post a photo to any public forum, you are requesting feedback. If you don't want feedback, you don't have to post it.

Why did you enter this photo anyway? Did you expect something more out of it? Personally, I think you only succeeded at wasting the time of each voter and commenter who took the time to evaluate the image.

The overall softening is very cool. The running lights are exposed nicely and the shadows and/or reflections on the hood are really interesting, too. Would make a great product shot, but as far as the challenge goes it seems like the tracks are almost an afterthought as your title implies. Might be more on the challenge had you waited for a train to pass and caught it with some blurring.
