A fantastic creation that reminds me of a game of 'Pick Up Sticks'. Or that sting art that was popular in the mid- to late-70s.

I love the apparent interaction between subjects and photographer - there is so much to see here, and so many tales to tell. The man lying on the mat adds a strong sense of contrast - the brightness of the women, both in clothing and projected personality to the greyness and dejection of the prone form. Inntriguing and, I suspect, a social commentary to unravel. A phot to return to.
