Love the clarity and detail here. Although I must admit that the color version has slightly more impact to me (maybe because there is clearer separation between the sky/water and the buildings).

I like the color version better but I do like this as it provides a different focus than you normally have when viewed in color. In this you are more drawn to the patterns and implied lines drawing you to the head of the peacock. A great study of how perception is altered when color is removed and doesn't overpower composition.

The composition is great, makes you feel like you were at exactly water level when it was shot.

The tree, the clouds , the building on the right with the sign, along with the converging point of water sky and housing is what I like.

Like a commenter said, the hdr is is really good. Its not overdone at all, but brings out all the details that one would miss without the HDR effect. Good work!
