What's black and white and grey all over?? This image!! I think you did a great job here. To an untrained eye the lighting looks overblown, but the fact that it is consistently overblown throughout the image makes it purposeful. Combine that with the dark shadows of the black background and the greys of the foreground and this proves to be a well planned and thought out photo. A wonderful tri-tone image!

The dreamy processing of the image for me does not work. I am sure many people enjoy it but for me it seems the photography loses its essence and becomes more of a digital illustration then a photography. It appears too unreal for me.
