The photo itself is pretty good, and an interesting slice of daily life. There is a major problem, however.

There are an excessive amount of JPEG artifacts showing, most visible around the edges of the people. Your file size of only 39k indicates a highly compressed image and that is what is robbing a lot of the detail and sharpness from this image. Check your compression settings when you save your file. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit. (150k for this one)

I rather like the negative space. And the wisp of cloud or steam or whatever that appears to be a transmission from the crane to the building. I think they're up to something....
