Nice sunset silhouette shot. I think for me the feeling in the lower half is a little too dark, I would have liked to see some more detail in the water. Good colours in the sky though.

The fogginess works nicely, and I like the way you brought in the overhead lines as a compositional element instead of the distraction the normally are.
