You tilted the camera up, don't think it added a lot of interest to the picture as it seems this is the only angle this can be shot from. Good job of lining the sign up on a third and bold use of negative space.

Great shot - 'Neither rain nor sleet nor snow will stop the intrepid photographer...' Love the blue umbrella, really pops and draws you towards the sculpture and the photog, and the glisten of the rain on the ground. Had no trouble guessing it's the PNW! :-)

I don't believe this picture meets the challenge as I see it, as the image is not tilted. Whilst you have used the rule of thirds the subject matter is not very interesting. Work on meeting the requirements of the challenge and strengthening subject material.
