Relly cool shot Jayson. I love the angle. Once again you have the soft focus in front and the sharp focus in back. I don't know if that really affects scores but it should have been higher than it was.

I gave this a 7 - I'm not necessarily of fan of softness but loved the soft of this - it fits well with the subject - makes you want to reach out and give a tickle under the chin.

There's a lot going on there, perhaps too much but it's an interesting image

It's been said already, but again - original perspective, well composed, and the blue/grays with the brilliant red is striking. Should have done better.

goodness! a bizarre and absorbing composition! i like this quite a lot, and is quite rewarding. seems slightly too chaotic to truly fit the challenge (to me anyway, any challenge with emphasis on a geometric shape kind of suggests strong clarity of lines). but i do love it as art.

my first weighted scoring systemâ„¢; composition + technical 3/3, challenge 0.5/1, post processing results 1.5/2, ooooh factor 2.5/3, originality 1/1 = 8.5 (rounded to 9)

Very cool, geometric and oob. This shot is not about the focus, it's a puzzle of patterns and shapes. With the limited color palette - it's kind of like a 3d Mondrian. Excellent eye!
