I'm not able to find the original on this one. Overall, this is an ok photo. Some things that could help it be better: Less distracting background, especially the lighter areas (to get this, you could have cropped and then used some advanced editing techniques to turn down background brightness).

This is overly-grainy and messy. You can barely tell what you are looking at. I would tone it down on the processing.

I really don't understand how this could go without either comment or such a low score. I think this image says a great deal about the person - guarded and protective of themselves. Well done IMO

i just notice a bit of green fringing in the tree branches on my monitor that costs you a point or so

Cool scene, especially with the just about to rain sky. I kind of wish the trees in the background were a bit sharper (using a smaller aperture to get larger depth of field)
