The grain in the maple in the Gibson adds a lot to this shot. Excellent concept, and a fine image resulted. I have no problem with the warm lighting. It seems to sort of fit the mood with the sunbrust guitar top and the flames.

Hmm, focus looks a little off and lighting seems a bit high key and harsh. Highlights on left side look blown out. Personally I think this could have been better in color.

Bouncy ball?!? The pattern on the ball and color is interesting, but the ball over the top, for me, does not have the effect I think you are going for. I want to look around it to see the other ball (I am very curious though) rather than accept it as it is. Way to be creative in approaching the challenge, as a non-literalite this is an important part of my scoring.
