The lighting is a bit dark here. I like the composition - the edge of the building makes for an interesting item - and the angle, but not a very exciting photo.

ahh! I've seen so many of those in the salem oregon area, where is this one located? the highes capacity I've seen in salem is 1710, good use of an oblique angle.

if you had increased the saturation a bit the color might have come out much better (and/or use a flash - i don't know how many photos you took, i would have done with and without given the obvious lighting challenges)
