Antique Teapotby JamesKWComment by levyj413: What were you going for with the flower and leaves? To my eye, they detract from the subject. Also, the lighting is pretty stark.
Try covering the light with a pillowcase to diffuse it more. That'll bring out the whole surface, instead of having the one bright line and the rest of it pretty dark. |

Antique Teapotby JamesKWComment by diner24: I think it would have been a better image without the flowers and leaves ... .! It simply distracts from the object and it clashes with the composition of the whole image. I also feel the crop is to tide and there is not enough room for the teapot...
