Hmmm..NYC- How rusty can we get? These look like loppers(for cutting brush).
Really like the blurring of the foliage w tool poking thru ..
The overall effect is good w the chipped cement and antiquated shears.

Cool rust texture. That thing actually, when not completly rusted solid, allows a person to turn the device and since it is threaded on two seperate ends, tightens or loosens the tension on whatever it is attached to. Usually attached to a rod with threads or wire with a threaded bolt on the end. Usually on guild wires securing poles and the such. Hope that helps and again cool photo!
