Thanks, Michelle. Yes, Robert Burck -- aka The Naked Cowboy -- sued Mars, Inc. $6 million for trademark infringement. He felt the video billboard in Times Square, which showed a blue M&M dressed like a cowboy (in underwear?), too closely resembled his own image. I'm not sure if he won a cash settlement, but Mars did pull the ad.

This is awesome. I love the looks he is getting from the people across the street. That one woman in black is probably smoking but at a quick glance, it looks like she is gasping in horror lol.

Funny! I think I read about this guy online not too long ago. Can't remember if he was thinking (or joking) about suing someone for copyright infringement. Someone was using his likeness or something. Gotta love the big city - so many photo opps!

The colors are bright and vibrant. I want to know if that is an actual drink on the counter? The glass and the straws are huge! Line up a bunch of those babies on the counter and I can see why things there would be tilted lol.

First, I know very little about Led Zepplin so the title doesn't register with me. So I went and looked at your entry and the outtakes and I have to say that to me, this is the coolest of the bunch. It's probably because I like closeup shots but this one is truly wicked. I love the face in the foreground but what makes this is the laughing dark horse in the background. Is this sinister or funny? It's something you may never know but it makes you stare at the picture a little while longer. A very cool photo.
