i would have given this a 10, it is amazing, very sharp, and seems to draw the eye in, even suck the eye! i'm sure it was because of challenge editing limitations anyway, but that white van is very distracting, so i'm afraid you will have to make do with an 8 :)

would be good to see the image after the challenge minus the van, maybe a square crop would look good?? well done!
