I like your concept. For me, if the lighting weren't so "greenish" or it was more in focus on the buttons, I would have scored it higher. Neat idea though.

I like the 'through the button' lighting, but I think you could have done more with the arrangement of the buttons to mimic the pattern/create more visual interest. Also I think the yellow colour cast detracts from what could be interesting colours on the buttons.

an interesting take on the title, maybe try and desturate the yellows to get rid of that color cast may have helped
