Dang, that trumpet player looks like a guy I went to college with. Nice shot, I like the colors. The center of the picture is empty, but I imagine you couldn't do anything about that. Next time ask the bass player to move up a few feet (haha, kidding).

Strangely, I really love the background in this shot, the fence and barrel, but not the subject, since it is so tattered you can't really make it out. It's also harder to distinguish because it blends in with the ground, whereas the rest is complimented well by the blue sky. Hey! You should have put it on top of the barrel! It's a fine photo non the less. Good luck
