dreamby krnodilComment by wheeledd: I like the feel of this shot. As posthumous said, it explodes. My eye was drawn to what I took to be the center of the explosion, the middle of the largest trunk. There is not much there, so I get the feeling that something is happening behind the tree where I cannot see it. What it could be is a mystery because the rest of the image shows a quiet forest scene.
What I don't get from this image is a sense that I understand some meaning in it. Why is there an explosion in the woods? Did you have a deeper meaning that you intended? It isn't necessary for the viewers to get the same meaning you had, but images that are rich with possible meanings are often the most successful.
