Good kind of artsy feel, but a little too noisy. Too much contrast on the frame. I like how the wheel moves through the picture, but the frame is messing it up.

Obviously, the red eye effect is a sign of bad taste, and the tendency of these devil creatures to expose themselves to mortals in such a way is no excuse.
