This is too busy for me. The rope gets lost in the shadow of the trees. The border doesn't add anything IMO, especially where it crosses the rope in the sky.

I get the point but a couple of things are pulling this down IMO. The rope you've focused on isn't the swing part - should have tried to focus on the actual swing seat with all that rope hanging down (after all, your title does say Swing ;-) While this is a fun idea, the subject is getting lost in the busy background (trees, sky). You also seem to be blown out in the highlights. Best of luck to you in the challenge.

The light here does not work for me, as well as the overall softness of the photo. Whatever it is on the right hand side is plain distructing. My eye wonders between the piece of rope on the right hand side and the bright white dots on the bottom. I wonder if exposing off the knot would have helped.
