I voted this photo an 8. I love the clarity, the detail and the effects of the long exposure on it. The composition is pretty good. Its tough to find fault in it. However I think there are a few spots that might have been toned down a bit with regards to the highlights. Namely the sign on the freeway. Overall excellent entry and I think will score well overall in the challenge.

Wow! Wow! This looks like a magical crystal city! Perfect range of the light and the shadows. I'm so impressed that you can even read the signs it is so sharp and clear! I certainly don't know much about HDR, but to me, this looks like the perfect photo!
