Composition
The subject of this image is easily identifiable, and the framing of the subject is good.

Sharpness:
The image is slightly soft, this could have been caused by the resizing of the image, try applying a modicum of unsharp mask.
Exposure: Contrast & Color: Good skin tones. The image shows the typical olympus coolness of colours.The camera has coped excellently with the metering exposing very well under the difficult conditions

Suggestions for improvement: Perhaps next time make sure both eyes are showing!

Well, this is a great shot. If the jacket was pure yellow it would = 10. Like this.. an 8. The background and focus on the child is perfect in my opinion. Good pic!!

It's a fantastically beautiful photo of Waldo's stuffed animals, but without Waldo it's worth nothing. Sorry. Oops MY BAD. There's Waldo. This is the very best job of hiding Waldo yet. Boy do I ever feel dumb, I mean really dumb. This was harder, and better, than the real Waldo ones. This is also a very fantastic photo, beautiful colors and combination of colors; fantastic focus. Just over all great job. This is my only 10.
