What a great nuclear explosion cloud. I appreciated the building lines. Mostly I loved the window frame with the lighting within. After voting for 15 minutes, I am having trouble defining for myself and understanding what others see as poverty. The building could do with some renovations, but the whole photo doesn't say "poverty" to me. I'm not even sure what the actual subject is - the building or the strange cloud/smoke/light ??
