Beautiful shot. I love the colours, and the way the low light brings out the texture. The diagonal composition is nice and the trail adds interest.

The light is so full of warmth...but I know the truth...it's cold out there. The tracks make this. Without them it would still be nice, but there tracks are that cherry on top sort of thing. The mist over the water is particularly nice....I love when that happens.

This is a great photo--doesn't really fit this challenge, though. I'd love to see how this would look if you brightened/dodged your foreground a bit. Great scene!

This is beautiful. I'd describe this as desktop art... a beautiful, minimalist image that could grace the screens of millions of computers around the world. I love the detail in the bird.
