Lovely shot, I particularly like the soft focus and muted blues. Personally would have ditched the frame though, I'm not sure it enhances this image.

I like wave shots so much. Nice choice of shutter speed. Gives both enough blur for motion, but not too much to obliterate that wave. On my monitor the pink on the right was pushed perhaps a tiny bit too far. It almost looks neon to me. The rock adds a nice focal point. 7
