the fourth dimensionby nixterComment by Techo: I thought it cool how much the shadow of the person looks like a toy soldier. One of the Chip Hazard characters from the film Small Soldiers. These kinds of upside shots are fun to look at and keep my interest longer if done right. This one works well. Message edited by author 2007-06-05 00:21:53. |

the fourth dimensionby nixterComment by posthumous: Not only is the floor the ceiling, but people turned away from me now seem to be facing me. I feel a sense of constant, unpredictable menace. Now, that's what I call involving the viewer!
I'm more judicious with favorites now. I don't give favorites to photos that are brilliant and wonderful. I favorite photos that I need to remember, because they do something I've never seen before. |

sentinel by nixterComment by riversong: Dynamic image. Very dramatic. Love your tones and composition. My favorite so far. A tighter crop from the top might help place the focus more on the lighthouse, which is in beautiful detail, but this is just my personal opinion. |

sentinel by nixterComment by geahsklz: Impressive image. I really like the perspective and your chosen positioning of the horizon line to show the clouds. |

sentinel by nixterComment by UNTITLED: Beautiful b&w tones in this very stunning scene. It's very cool how the textures of the clouds lead you deep into this photo. Very well done! |
