by nixterComment by sevilduvarci: there is something so tender about the presence of this child and the mother eventhough the metal grid seat gives a hard touch to this picture. i love how you composed this with the shadows. |

by nixterComment by Germaine: Cool colors and shadows. This would have been good in the back lighting challenge. |

by nixterComment by MelonMusketeer: Good light and shadow with a lot of lines going right to the subject. I like that the only child in the image is the primary subject. |

Beginingby nixterComment by posthumous: from blurgeois pedagogues:
Blur is a painter. He tries to make a cartoon of our world, an irreverent graffito. You want this guy in your corner when the world inside your little frame is getting dull. If you are lucky, he will, like a good cartoonist, make an instant emotional connection with us, a story instantly told or imagined, a compelling, almost anxious, sense that something is happening RIGHT NOW! |

by nixterComment by annig: neat image, the little girl playing in the middle of the Grown up city..I don't agree with Shannon Lee, while it's harder to have children in a big city, they always seem to fit in naturally, and get help to leep the place "human". My kids get the the biggest kick out of all going on around them when we visit Manhattan! |
