Now, if you were wearing a fedora... ;) This does have the look of a furtive candid - the moment after Makeup but before "Action!", the actor getting into character.

wow, i am trying to figure this out, here is my two options, it's either a young boy missing an arm who is also a burn victim or you set an armless mannequin out on the street to shoot. its intriguing either way. at first i did not like the grain but now i think that, along with the small town look really give this shot a great "twilight zone" feel.

I swore I commented on this before. I guess I just thought about it. The part that amazes me is how still the dog stayed. The part I love is the wonderful blur of the water. Also quite fond of the acid tones and the diagonal formed by the dog and the pier.
