Thank you everyone for your votes and your comments. It is a shop in Lyon which sells all kind of strange things. At the time I was passing, it wasn't open, so I couldn't see in more details the cameras. I noticed the blown highlights, but I didn't have too much time to take the picture - the two men were moving all the time, and there were also a lot of people in front, which showed as reflection in the glass.
