Very neat architecture. I can tell that is an Anhinga sitting on top but it doesn't look like it belongs to the rest of the picture. Must be some really good wine. You need to tell me what brand. Still this is an interesting photo in the fact that it doesn't look real which gives the character you say it is lacking. Never heard of the plastic wrap. I will have to check it out. The photo looks like a B/W painting. Interesting experiment.

(I hate to nitpick, but) this is such a great pic, I think it would approach perfection if you took out that one little hair that points away from his finger (I know, someone has to be negative - but I'm not trying to be - i just think it's so great that it's a shame to have what seems to me to be a distraction)

Robin!!! WOW!! What a FABULOUS bird photo! The detail in the feathers is amazing. I bet this looks so amazing in color too. But it lends itself so well to black and white because of all the beautiful shades there.
