Nice shot of the bird however for a fence challenge I think the emphasis should be on the fence or at least the fence should add something interesting to the shot.

I know how hard it is to catch these birds if one doesn't have a long lens. I've been trying to catch one with a 100mm LOL. You've captured their colors really well. The photo could've used a little extra sharpening. Not sure this would legal even under advanced editing, but I would clone out the green verical branch and extend the horizontal one. So there are less distractions from the bird.
