Shooting Marblesby BeckyTComment by UNTITLED: Great focus on refraction in the marble. The DOF transitions seems rather abrupt and awfully harsh, perhaps a smoother transition. Other than my person nitpick this is a marvelous photograph. |

Shooting Marblesby BeckyTComment by robinssong: The shallow DOF really works well here. The focus on the marble is very crisp which allows you to see a lot of detail in the marble. The texture of the floor contrasts nicely with the glassy, smooth texture of the marble. Nicely done! Wow this looks even better on my Mac! Really Pops! |

Flying Highby BeckyTComment by robinssong: Nice simple composition. I like the way the cloud areas curve. The kite really stands out against it. You can even see the string!
Side note:
I noticed on my top monitor the sky appears a bit lavender and on the laptop display it appears a more true, sky blue. |
