I really like the capture that you've gotten here. The only thing that I might have done would have been to have played a bit with a selection of the end of the street there that is basked in the shade and lightened it up a bit so that it stood out. But, then again the "technical perfection junkies" in here might have jumped on that one! ;) Darned if you do, darned if you don't, huh?

The houses are getting lost in here... I would have cut a lot of sky out and some of the street to get more of a panoramic shot, to at least make the houses the primary focus...

The angle is good and I know what you're getting at, but I think it could have done with some post prod fill light to lessen the darkness of the shadows, and some recovery to deepen the sky - or a ND filter

The shadows take away a lot from the picture and nothing sticks out as a main subject to keep interest. The colors really help bring out the feeling of the suburbs though.

Nice composition but the heavy shadow area is very distracting as too are all the bins. If you were going for a bin shot then maybe really doing something funky with them would have been good. Image looks a little flat.
