I like the layout overall. Not sure whether I like the items in front being OOF or not. Biggest distraction for me is the "dirty" area around the stem. Looks like that area was avoided in post-processing?

I like the basic stuff here: The lines of glass in contrast with the roundness of the beads; the choice to leave the beads out of focus; having your subject right justified etc. Nice, clean, high key shot.

I wish you had used a shallower depth of field and/or moved the glasses farther from the background so you could blur out the horizon line and the texture of the background. I love the way the light looks on the glass, but I'm not completely sold on the light on the background. Maybe if it was a more subtle and smooth gradient?
