I know the location well, since I used to live in London. Your photo is nicely sharp, at this size. I cannot see any hot pixels either. But I think this photo would have been outstanding if you had taken it at twilight during the week (when the city lights are at their maximum). As it is, I think you loose some impact as much of the scene is absorbed by the darkness.

nice - it does suffer from overexposure on the clock. u could fix this in raw. Also i would have increased the sky bit and reduced the water.
