Looks Like I Need To "Sharpen" My Pencils!by BethieBComment by atupdate: Your title makes me want to look at the tips of the pencils to see if it is true. However, the focus varies across the tips and I'm keep searching for where the picture wants me to focus. Also, the compostion is a little out of balance, as the pencil on the left is cropped and the one on the right isn't. |

Free To Be You And Me!by BethieBComment by Melethia: The orange against the fuscia in the background works very well. I like the crop, too. A bit of color noise but it's a pleasing picture to me. |

Looks Like I Need To "Sharpen" My Pencils!by BethieBComment by locutus: Nice idea, with a strong impact. It's a shame that the left most pencil is clipped off the edge of the shot, though. Did you think of trying for some more dramatic lighting? Maybe have the pencils receding into darkness... |
