I wanted to thank everyone for the comments. This photo finished about as good as I expected. I personally believe that the out of focus building in the background does qualify as Bokeh but I am not trying to open that up for debate. It is to subjective. I was surprised by the number 1 votes I got but even more surprised by the number of 10̢۪s and 9̢۪s. This is my favorite photo that I have entered into a challenge and I am glad some other people got it to.

There's nothing here that I recognize as bokeh, but this is such a brilliant photo that I have to give it a 9. Just look at how expressive those lines of rain are, and how monumental that dark shape is. Wow.

I fail to see bokeh. I guess the subject is the water drips, but it just doesn't have much oomph to my eye. Maybe if there were more of a close up sense of the water, and the shadow behind the door were pushed back more, it might have more impact. Hope this is helpful. ;~D
