There's a lot of noise - NeatImage would probably have helped. I would also have cropped out the tree on the righthand side, and possibly have cropped the bottom a bit more b/c the reflections are distracting. Finally, I think it would have been nicer if the contrast were boosted a bit.

Good work to get the amount of stars you captured and without star trails. But I think the sky is to noisy. Its typical when you take a long exposure of the sky with high ISO but I think a noise reduction filter would have helped alot here.

Good concept, the execution could have been better--the foreground is blurry, with your important needle and spoon components. A hard shot to do if you're the model too!
