I like this shot a lot. I have no problem with allowing color in this challenge as long as the subject's B&W. And you met that well here.

The cropping does a great job of showing what he's dangling over, emphasizing the tension in the photo.

This is going in my favorites. It doesn't hurt that I used to climb. :)

image has pop, see the black and the sun whited out but the colors in the sunset skyare very nice but this doesn't seem to be predominantly black and white for challenge purposes. having said that, damn fine image. sharp.
