I think a tighter crop on this would make it stand out more. The 2 girls in the front of the picture are obviously not the main subject, yet they take centre stage.

The potential was there, but as is, it reminds me too much of just an ordinary snapshot. Some suggestions: tigher cropping, shorter DOF to blur the busy background, and bumping up color saturation.

It seems like you've tried to make something out of 'nothing'. Maybe a different POV. It looks more underexposed than a silhouette and there's too much going on here. 4
