Love the perspective. The blue sky seems a bit too blue - maybe a hue adjustment to make it appear more natural. Also, need to lighten up on the USM as the halo above the tree tops in the background is harsh

It is really tough to see what you have taken here. To me it looks like a light house at night and you used zoom to present a changing persepective. Even if that is not the case, the concept is very interesting and shows you were trying something different and creative. However, if you had taken the picture around dusk or just a little later, the detail of the main object would have been visible and the picture more interesting.
