grimby shoelessajComment by kelbelle: this one's too dark on my monitor. i can make out a whisker and some ear hair but i can't tell if it's a cat or a bunny or what. |

grimby shoelessajComment by jrtodd: You really pushed the limit of monitor calibration on this. The thing I don't care much for is the lit area above the cats head otherwise it's pretty nice.. Message edited by author 2006-12-20 08:52:12. |

grimby shoelessajComment by mattmac: What a unique perspective/composition. Before reading the title, I felt it as 'peaceful'...but I guess grim works too. Nicely done! |

grimby shoelessajComment by blazelle: Really nice shot -- I like how you've kept the textures even when working with dark tones! |

grimby shoelessajComment by Pixelstate: interesting.... this could either bomb or shine... very different approach (which is a good thing amongst so
many 'standard' cat poses..)
Maybe not cropping the ear might have improved the composition and blending out the fur highlights on the left to really isolate the half face... I like the subtle approach... nice work... |
