this one's too dark on my monitor. i can make out a whisker and some ear hair but i can't tell if it's a cat or a bunny or what.

You really pushed the limit of monitor calibration on this. The thing I don't care much for is the lit area above the cats head otherwise it's pretty nice..

interesting.... this could either bomb or shine... very different approach (which is a good thing amongst so
many 'standard' cat poses..)

Maybe not cropping the ear might have improved the composition and blending out the fur highlights on the left to really isolate the half face... I like the subtle approach... nice work...
